How will I receive the deals?

We send the property deals to you by email, to receive them you can sign up to our mailing list for free with no commitment. They are sent out on a regular basis so keep an eye out for them. There will be an overview of the investment, numbers, area information and features of the property. If one of our deals interests you, please follow instructions on the email for how to reserve. We will then get in touch for a phone call and we will share with you all details on the property, ROI, numbers and pictures etc.


Will you source in my local area?

Our focus is London, for a number of reasons. This is a market we have high levels of expertise and experience in. It benefits from the strongest fundamentals and highest demand in the country and will always be attractive as a world city. That being said we also actively source in commutable areas to London as they benefit from the draw London fundamentals with a softer price point. We also get deals passed to us across the country and we assess those on a deal by deal basis.


Do you focus on cash flow of capital growth investments?

We source for both. We source across a variety of different strategies that will incorporate both high cashflow, capital growth and equity increase. There are variables that will affect these such as the area, the specifics of the deals and features of the property. We will provide a full breakdown of the returns for the investment and detail of the strategy used for the specific property.


Investment is not an emotional purchase, it is based on the numbers and strategy meeting our criteria. You will not be living there but your tenants will be used to the area and for them it will tick the boxes. The investments are considered because they have passed our due diligence and offer a high ROI. That is what matters.

What if I don’t like the look of the property or the area?


Yes. We can assist in the whole process with everything from mortgages, solicitors, to refurbishments, conversions and furnishings. If this is something you would like then we will discuss how we can help and if it suits.
